Large project with Health Education England

We are delighted to have won a large project with Health Education England.

Capital Training successfully tendered for this exciting project ‘HEE Manager development Programme’.

Our initial service was to create three draft scripts and videos which formed part of the Management Development Programme. The videos enabled participants to familiarise themselves with ways of working at HEE (and associated policy areas), things to consider when preventing escalation of issues in an employer/employee relationship and things to consider when supporting the management of performance.

The second service we are currently providing is the provision actors to play out various scenarios for the delegates, encouraging them with the aid of a facilitator, to reflect on what they have learned on part 2 of the Manager Development Programme. This focuses on the behavioural aspects of good management practice and leads onto enacting manager-employee scenarios that the participant will encounter in the workplace.
