Capital Training has designed and delivered a contextualised Mental Health training programme for Managers working at the Equality and Human Rights Commission. These events were delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams to over 200 managers.

Coach Core helps them change their future pathways and become a positive influence in communities that need sports provision most. In early 2022 Capital started working closely with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (part of the Department for Transport) to develop two bespoke courses, Personal Impact and Effectiveness and Defusing Hostility. The audience for these courses are existing staff and those joining the DVSA as part of their initial training programme.
