We are always pleased to talk to new trainers who are wishing to become part of the Capital Team. Typically, we will be looking for trainers who have at least four years experience of commercial training.
We currently require trainers for the following applications

Capital Training always have a diverse range of training projects running and our friendly approach makes trainers feel part of the team, rather than an ‘outside’ consultant. We will regularly update you on upcoming projects and ensure you always have the information you need when training our clients. We also pay on time, every time!
Join the team
You will always receive a clear and precise confirmation that will confirm who you are training, what you are training, the timings and where the training will take place. The confirmation will also state the pre agreed fees due to you.
No one likes doing this... so we do it for you. We will email you your invoice within 48 hours of the course finishing. The invoice states the days worked, work undertaken and also the date the invoice will be paid.
We make a payment run every Friday and pay all invoices that are forty days or older. The payments are made by Faster Transfer and the funds will be cleared and in your account on that day. We always pay when we say we will and you will not need to chase your invoices
We are always happy to look after a trainers diary and many trainers share their diaries with us. This allows us to put them forward for projects the minute they come in. If you would like to share your diary with us please let us know, it helps us to keep you busier.

I love to work with Capital Training. As well as the standard applications like, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, I have trained and facilitated personal development courses, team building courses, management courses and a whole raft of other “soft skills”. I have also been involved in a multitude of interesting bespoke projects, which has improved my skills and given me a deeper understanding of many industries. Communication and admin are second to none. I always know in advanced where I will be and what I am doing.
