Defence Digital recruitment programme
In 2021 Capital Training worked with Defence Digital (part of the Ministry of Defence) to support their move from a traditional approach to recruitment to an approach targeted on highly defined talent acquisition. We worked closely with Defence Digital to develop a two-day training course which meets their unique needs, while still embracing the key principles of the Civil Service Success Profiles approach, including strengths-based interviewing. The course has been successful in enabling learners to become effective interview panel members focusing on the Talent Acquisition model that Defence Digital specifically needed.
We have now trained over two hundred MOD personnel and look forward to training an additional three hundred this year.
