      • EI refers to the ability to perceive, understand, and manage one’s own emotions and relationships with others. It involves being aware of emotions in oneself and others and using this awareness to guide thinking and behavior.
      • Emotionally intelligent individuals can motivate themselves, read social cues, and build strong relationships.
    • Core Components of EI:
      • Self-Awareness: Recognizing and comprehending one’s own emotions. It goes beyond acknowledging feelings; it involves understanding the impact of actions, moods, and emotions on others.
      • Self-Control: Managing emotions effectively, especially during challenging situations.
      • Self-Motivation: Channelling emotions toward achieving goals and maintaining resilience.
      • Empathy: Understanding and sharing the feelings of others.
      • Social Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
    • Building Self-Awareness:
