    • Leadership Styles in Practice

      Team activity comparing the real impact of three different leadership styles.

    • Developing the Team

      Apply Tuckman’s forming, storming, norming and performing stages to move your team forward.

    • Purpose, Objectives and Roles

      Define why the team exists, what it must achieve, how it will work together and who does what.

    • Belbin's Team Roles

      Make the most of your team’s strengths and address its weaknesses using Belbin’s model.

    • Understanding and Handling Conflict

      Identify the causes of conflict and explore controlling, persuasive, steadying and diligent styles.

    • Running Effective Team Meetings

      Why hold them, how often, and what to do before, during and after to make them count.

    • Continuous Team Development

      Balance support and challenge, build autonomy and competence, and create a feedback culture.
